The personal data (“the Data”) requested is processed by ICA Languages (“International Certification Academy”), with registered address at Av. Juárez No. 412 Col. Centro, Apizaco Tlax. C.P. 90300, Mexico, for the purpose of providing you with the service you request, understanding your product or service needs and being able to offer you those that best suit your preferences; communicating promotions, addressing complaints and clarifications, and, where appropriate, processing them for purposes compatible with those mentioned in this Privacy Notice and considered analogous for legal purposes. If you formally accept any product or service offered by ICA Languages, your Data will be used to fulfill the obligations arising from that legal relationship.
